Foods with high fiber can help but sometimes they do worsen the situation. A certain amount of fiber is recommended per day. Avoid taking foods like dairy products, vegetables that has high amount of gas, fried foods, Caffeine, alcohol and artificial sweeteners. Exercises are recommended for these patients and there should be no smoking.
